ORDER ONLINE
Purchase with a credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) through our secure shopping cart. A confirmation will be sent immediately upon completion of your online transaction. Confirmation of mail, fax or telephone orders will be sent by email within one week of receipt of the order when requested.

Download a blank Order Form for sales. All orders must be accompanied by an institutional Purchase Order, institutional check, money order or credit card number.

LICENSING / PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS
Institutions and Community Based Organizations (such as Mental Health Centers, etc.) are required to purchase at list price. Purchase effectively means lease for the life of the videotape or DVD. These prices include public performance rights for classroom, training, organizational, or library use by the acquiring institution or organization for non-paying audiences only.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please return the DVD or VHS and submit a written request. If a tape or DVD arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. If a tape is damaged after purchase, a replacement copy can be obtained for 50% of the list price, plus shipping and handling. All damaged tapes must be returned prior to replacement.

PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS
Prices for public exhibition as a theatrical event, in theatres, museums, cultural institutions, or other showcase venues are based on format, theater or venue capacity, ticket price, and number of screenings. Please contact our office for a Community Event Screening form to receive permission for your screening.

HOME VIDEO VERSIONS
Individuals may purchase Home Video Versions of Out of the Shadow for personal home use only. Our programs are protected by copyright and it is strictly prohibited to screen, loan or broadcast for any group for either educational or commercial purposes.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped to arrive 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. For orders needed sooner, a rush charge of $20 per order may apply. See below for details. There is no additional shipping and handling fees for orders shipped Standard US Postal Service within the continental United States, the shipping cost is already built into the price. If you would like your order Federal Expressed you may do so by providing an account number and specifying which service you would like used. An additional $15 handling fee will apply to all Federal Expressed orders. Canadian customers should follow our Ordering Information for North American Customers. Canadian customers are also responsible for all customs fees. International customers, please see International Sales to Institutions for shipping details. RUSH ORDERS
We try to get all orders shipped in a timely manner. A rush fee of $20 per order may apply to sales needed before 2 weeks from the receipt of order. Please include a "need by" date with all rush orders.

PREVIEWS
(Reviewers and Programmers Only)
Previews are available only to journalists, reviewers, and select programmers. A preview screener does NOT include public performance rights and may not be used for instructional purposes. Previews for film critics, academic reviewers and other journalists who intend to review or otherwise write about a title are generally available at no charge. Please contact Vine Street Pictures to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SALES TO INSTITUTIONS
Out of the Shadow is available for sale to institutions outside the U.S. Please order online or complete and fax our International Order Form. For Festival Screenings and other Public Exhibitions outside of North America, please inquire.

• PAL format is available for sales. Please email info@outoftheshadow.com to inquire.
• Special orders take approximately 2 weeks to ship.

international orders must be by fax, mail or phone with our International Order Form. To cover shipping, please provide your own courier number, or your preferred shipment (standard or express) so that we may correctly total your order. Shipping costs will be charged to the credit card provided. Be sure to specify if PAL is needed.

PAYMENT
All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. You can prepay by using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), by wire (please email info@outoftheshadow.com for instructions), or by international money order or with a check drawn in U.S. funds. A $30 administrative fee is added to all orders paid by wire.
